My Health Coach is a benefits program offered by Princeton University in partnership with TrestleTree, an accredited health transformation organization. My Health Coach provides you and your eligible dependents with free, confidential assistance to achieve your health goals. By utilizing My Health Coach, you can work with a health professional to enhance your well-being. Princeton is committed to providing quality healthcare benefits that are affordable and easy to use. Your partnership with My Health Coach will not only assist you to manage your health and help you to feel better, it will also help Princeton reduce healthcare costs and, by doing so, support the University’s mission.

TrestleTree has been providing health coaching services for 12 years and has received national accreditation. TrestleTree provides Health Coaches who are specially trained to help you make lasting changes to take control of your health.
